we have taken many steps to help conserve this precious resource. we have incorporated into the development several systems that allow for a comfortable lifestyle and maximize water usage:

every apartment (optional with house) depends on solar panels to heat water which contributes:

• to an annual savings of 80% cost of gas consumption in the home
• to diminishing the green house effect
